Playing along with http://liveeverymom.blogspot.com/.Have a good one. :)
I took this photo a year or so ago on Canal Street in Chinatown in New York City. The friends I spent the day with were on their way down a back alley to look at imitation knock- off, pseudo expensive purses. After being approached continuously by indigenous sellers they had finally gotten up their courage as their curiosity got the best of them. One lady who lived to tell came back with several similar purses in a variety colors. They certainly were not what I would call cheap, but I'm not exactly a fan of expensive bags.

We went to NYC this week to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I snapped a photo of the George Washington Bridge as we sped by on the Henry Hudson Parkway. I love when the clouds cooperate and make such a lovely back drop. I couldn't resist posting my photo of Time Square and Subway love. As I was editing that one I noticed the lovers. Can you see them?
More fun with picnik here. Love ya Gabe.
I love love love braids on little girls. My sweet little niece lets me braid her hair occasionally. She is two so I quickly get in her head, distracting her with a vivid story that causes her to pause and concentrate on what I am saying. My fingers go to work, and if I'm lucky there is time to braid both sides. Sweet and simple and classic. I took this photo a few days ago on a warmer afternoon. I edited it in picknik where the possibilities are endless and addicting.
I took this photo yesterday, a snow day. It was taken out my backdoor as my boys slowly moved through the 25 inches of new snow that had appeared over night. I edited it in picnik with several different adjustments including my fav focal zoom. I think I turned an otherwise blah grey photo into something special. I'm off to hop around and check out what everyone else has done this week. :)http://www.pixelperfectblog.com/

I am linking up with Mary at http://dearlittleredhouse.blogspot.com/ . Today is Monday with the holidays fast approaching. Uggh. I am not a fan, but can't put into words just why. But still I am thankful.
Celebrating Friday this week with a skywatch photo taken last Saturday and posted today, which is actually Thursday. My daughter hurdles and indoor track season is fast approaching. She wanted to go to the track and practice a little last weekend after her Dad complained that she was spending too much time sitting on the couch, texting her boyfriend. I think she is amazing, first impressing us with just trying this sport, and then
