I took these photos a few months ago of my handsome neighbors all ready for a ball game. I have know these boys since they were newborns.
I took it with my canon rebel and 50mm lens. I thought the light was perfect that eve, but ended up with a very shadowy shot. I edit in photoshop elements and was able to brighten and sharpen the picture quite a bit. I think the crop really helped too. The final size and shape of the photo is a little odd, but I didn't want to crop their hands out.
I am linking with Pixel Perfect this week for before and after. I love this meme, so much fun. Happy editing everyone. http://www.pixelperfectblog.com/
Great crop and brightening of the photo!
ReplyDeleteYou did a great job bringing out their sweet faces!
ReplyDeleteVery food work bringing out their faces from the depths of shadowdom! :-) Your crop is perfect too. Don't worry about odd sizes for the web because there is no size! Now if you were going to print and frame, then you have troubles. (Custom frames or a custom cut mat for a standard frame.) Disappointing how our light meters can get fooled by white clothes isn't it. But you prevailed! :-) Here is my entry.
ReplyDeleteWow the crop helped so much! Great edit!
