Just a few photos taken over the last few weeks. I am so happy that we still have a full month left of Summer vacation. Today I will make a list with the kids of things they still want to do this Summer. Yesterday they discovered our old ice cream maker and have patiently been waiting for the inner chamber to freeze solid. Right now it's slushies for breakfast. I love summer flowers of all kinds but black-eyed susans, well they hold a special place in my heart. I am so glad there is someone else out there looking at summer vacation as "still half to go, half to look forward to" instead of the horrid back to school stuff I see and hear out there. Can you believe i saw an ad for back to school on TV at the very end of June?! I couldn't believe my eyes and ears, it was the first for me in June!
